Addi Care Services Ltd was established in 2020 to provide home care and support to individuals who want to live in their homes rather than in care homes. The founder Andurula Tinorwa has a healthcare background is passionate about providing superb care and support that allows you or your loved one to live safely and happily in the comfort of the home you love. Our care team believes in quality professional care. We treat you, your family, our staff, and our carers like family. We ensure to find the best way to care, connect and develop you or your loved one so that you can independently live your life with dignity, respect, and choice. We build transparent, honest, and trusting relationships with you. We take pride in matching you with the right carer who will provide you with the right care that allows you to be happy at home.

    Tinorwa Andurula

    Registered General Nurse

    Our  Director has a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in both nursing with the  NHS and social care roles in the private sector.

    Mrs Tinorwa Andurula has worked and assisted individuals with various conditions that include dementia, Parkinson’s, among many others.

    Her driving passion is caring for people and working in a challenging environment.

    She keeps up to date with NHS and  CQC policies, Code of practice and understands the absolute importance of evidence-based practice. 

    She is always a humble leader motivated by challenges and appreciates widening knowledge and experience whilst developing both personal and professional awareness among her management team and care staff.

    Her corporate goal is to lead Addi Care Ltd to become a recognised name in the  Health and Social Care  Sector through delivering outstanding person-centred care to all our clients.
